Cards To Fight The Inzektor Deck

YuGiOh Card Game Inzektor HornetBUZZ! BUZZ! BUZZ! BUZZ! Hey Dragon Fly! Hey Hornet! Hey Centipede! Ready to come out of the hive and wreck some Yu-Gi havoc?

If you haven’t heard, there are some new insect cards that came out of the Order of Chaos set. These insect cards are just as annoying as any real insect. You see these new insects are called inzektors and they do seem to be ready to infest your regular tournaments now!

There are 3 cards that are the main engine of the inzektors hive. There is Inzektor Dragonfly, who is the leader. Then there is the Inzektor Hornet who is the destroyer. Then there is the Inzektor Centipede who is the calvary.

Together they create a great loop that will destroy 2 of your opponents cards on the field by you just summoning 1 monster. But that is not all, your field will most likely have a rank 3 XYZ monster, Wind-Up Zenmaines or Number 17: Leviathan Dragon.

Here is how they work together to create this annoying loop.

1 Inzektor Dragonfly in hand
1 Inzektor Hornet in Graveyard or Hand
1 Inzektor Centipede in Deck

1. Normal Summon Inzektor Dragonfly and activate its effect.
2. Equip Inzektor Hornet to Inzektor Dragonfly.
3. Use Inzektor Hornet‘s effect to destroy a card on the field.
4. Inzektor Dragonfly activates to special summon Inzektor Centipede.
5. Inzektor Centipede activates to equip Inzektor Hornet to it.
6. Use Inzektor Hornet‘s effect to destroy another card on the field.
7. Inzektor Centipede activates to search your deck for an Inzektor Dragonfly, adding it to your hand.
8. Overlay Inzektor Centipede withInzektor Dragonfly into a Wind-Up Zenmaines or Number 17: Leviathan Dragon.

The result is two cards on the field destroyed, a Rank 3 Xyz Monster, and an Inzektor Dragonfly in hand.

Having this done to you would probably make you want to take out a fly swatter and smack it across your opponents head. But that would probably get you kicked out of the tournament and maybe a suspention from Konami. So what else can you do? Well you can use these cards as your sort of bug spray to knock them out.

Shadow Imprisoning Mirror   Yu-Gi-Oh Card Effect Veiler Duelist Revolution

Shadow Imprisoning Mirror – Since all of these insects are dark, no more effects for you.

Effect Veiler – activate your effect, nope you can’t use it now. SWAT!

Skill Drain – I’ll pay 1000 life points to make sure you will not be able to use your effects.

Chain Disappearance – You summon the dragon fly, get them all out of here now. Oh let me see what’s in your hand too!

Fiendish Chain – You think you are going to be able to use your effect. I don’t think so!

Crevice Into the Different Dimension – You have a hornet and some other dark monster. BYE-BYE!

D.D. Crow – I see a hornet in your grave. Take it out of there!

Necrovalley – You want to get cards out of your grave. NOPE!

Mystical Space Typhoon / Dust Tornado – You just attached that hornet. I’ll put that to the grave.

Banisher of the Radiance / Macro Cosmos – You think you are going to be able to send that hornet to the grave. GET IT OUT OF HERE!

So now you have some cards to put in your main deck or side deck to deal with the infestation that is coming. This is a very annoying deck to play against so make sure you are ready. Play smart and you should be able to get rid of all those insect and become the exterminator. Good luck and keep playing go Yu-Gi’s!

These are the cards I thought about. What other cards are you going to use? Leave the card names below.
